Maniac Coffees have been my go to coffee for quite a while now. Maniac coffee isn’t a regular “go to” kind of thing. This coffee can actually go to YOU—hand delivered even, usually by the coffee roasting master Alexarc himself. It’s feels nice when you’re on your porch, and can say hello to the person who roasts your coffee. My favorite beans are Bellinghamster and Ethiopian Natural Yirgacheffe, but I also like sampling all the single origin coffees, and CobraKai. A great way to start a good day.
