Single Origin Coffees
What is so special about single origin coffee?
Just like how a sommelier can taste the subtle notes of the growing conditions of grapes in a bottle of wine, so too can a readied palette appreciate the warmth, rain, and weather of beans coming from a particular region.
The term "single origin" refers to the fact that the raw coffee beans are sourced from a single farm or region, whereas conventional coffee blends can come from a number of regions to give a signature taste of the artisanal roaster.
Try beans from each region and let us know what unique flavor profiles you spot.
