We tried most of the major blends that Maniac roasts and recently tried the Mexico Dana Montana and it was easily the most popular blend that we tried. Sort of a happy medium between light dark, bold and mild, it is a crowd pleaser for sure.

The Central American Single Origin beans are my favorite for their deep, rich, and vibrant flavor. It's like the coffee equivalent of a Mexican hot Chocolate. Everything Maniac roasts is amazing though, but I'm partial to single origins.
