While blends can be interesting, I prefer the taste and variety of single origin coffees. Each coffee has a distinct flavor profile and allows one to choose what you want for the next week or two. While I rotate through the offerings, if the Yemen or Flores is available, I get that. Coffee started in Yemen, so it’s like drinking history!
